Life

We have been so blessed lately for all the happiness surrounded by our little baby. Unfortunately with life comes the happy and sad times.  And this week we are dealing with some saddness in our family. A great man passed away, one who was loved by many many many.  Josh's Dad passed away early this week.
We will miss him so much, and so will the Pennsylvania Lottery.
Today we celebrated the great life he lead, with all his friends and family.  We were all overwelmed by the packed house for the service, all those that took the time to pay their respect, and many who spent lunch with us.
We will miss you Bobby G, but we know you are at peace and will happily be spending your 49th Wedding Anniversary with the love of your life.

It's a Girl!

When the hubs and I announced we were pregnant to our families we wanted to tell everyone at the same time and do something special.  So I got little chinese take out boxes at Michaels and in each one I wrote, "You're going to be an Aunt" or "Grandma".  So of course we had to do something special when we found out the sex of the baby.
We invited everyone one over for dinner the night we had the ultrasound. Luckily baby girl was cooporative for the ultrasound tech and we did indeed have something to announce.  We asked everyone to wear blue or pink, depending on if they thought baby g was a boy or a girl.
Unfortunatley Josh's Dad was in the hospital this day so we went straight to him and told him first.
We didn't make everyone wait too long, with pink balloons we announced it was a girl!

And then we celebrated with tacos and cupcakes, with pink frosting on the inside of course ;-)

Noah is especially excited for his cousin to arrive.

YAY! It's a girl!

I had a Dr. appointment yesterday and for some reason they didn't even mention my massive weight gain.  Phew!  Maybe it's the baby that weighs 10lbs now?  Haha anyway I will just keep walking and eating healthy:-) No worries my friends.  Besides the weight all is good with the baby and that's all that matters.  Heartrate is in the 150's and I'm measuring right on track.
