Looking forward to: a day off in the middle of the week for the 4th~!  and an extra plus?! my hubby has off!  Time to cross some things off our list!

I don't think I've mentioned this before.  Just something I want to remember and know I will probably forget.  Baby G is consistantly hanging out on my left side, so much so now that my belly is actually lopsided. It's kinda funny.  If I felt comfortable putting my bare belly all over the internet I would show you , but that's just not going to happen so you'll just have to visualize a lopsided belly.
Also this week, had my Dr. appointment.  Sent me to do an early glucose test, the test for Gestational Diabetes. Let's all keep our fingers crossed that the results are negative and my sugars behave themselves.  what prompted it a few weeks early is my "rapid weight gain".  I had a full on complete meltdown at the Dr.'s office.  For the record...I have been eating very balanced meals, and walking atleast 10 miles/week.  I have gained quite a bit of weight and am definately above the amount that "should" be gained at this point.  So I had the test a few days ago and I'm awaiting my results.  And PEOPLE this test is not as horrible as everyone makes it sound.  The drink tastes like flat sugary orange soda, it did not make me jittery or quesy nor did I have a major sugar crash after and need to take a nap.  I did not fast as it was not required for the 1 hour test.  I had a low carb dinner ( grilled chicken and salad)  and for breakfast (1 hour prior to test) I ate eggs with cheese and 2 slices of low cal multi grain bread with smart balance.  So... hopefully those are good signs?  We'll see and I will let you know.
